I spoke to a very helpful man on Monday late afternoon, March 30 , who helped me to order a fever thermometer online and stayed on the phone with me to ensure that my order was successful. I don't know his name but he was a kind fellow! At his suggestion, I did pay for the 2-3 day shipping and it worked - I got the item today, April 2.
