Indications:
For blood glucose testing.
Directions:
Read package insert for complete instructions on using this product.
Insert test strip into meter. Apply sample to strip. Accurate results in 5 seconds.
Store at temperatures under 86°F (30°C). Do not refrigerate. Do not use if expiration date has passed. Use within 3 months of opening test strip vial.
Ingredients:
Each test strip contains: Glucose oxidase (greater than or equal to) 0.8IU; other ingredients (mediator, buffer, etc) (greater than or equal to) 0.05mg. The vial contains a drying agent.
Warnings:
For in vitro diagnostic use. Do not store at temperatures above 86 degrees. Do not refrigerate. Do not use if expiration date has passed. Use within 3 months of opening test strip vial. Do not use if glued seals are broken.
